The general modus operandi for HnC is to keep things simple.
We do not track attendance or loot points. Generally speaking we make the effort for a specific person or people anyway.
Drama is to be avoided. Those who choose to ignore this leave themselves to the discretion of the shellholder.
Greed will not be tolerated. Nobody owes anybody anything here. If your attitude is selfish, members won't want to help you, and we won't make them.
HnC does not rule you or your time. However, we do control whether or not you spend your time with us.
Generally speaking leadership here is very hands off. If, however, we find action needs to be taken,
realize that this is not a democracy. Either do as we ask, or leave.
